Managed a staff of 25, including the Assistant Manager, Rental Technicians, Repair Manager, Retail Manager, and Sales staff.   Handled the daily oversight of the rental and retail store operations. Handled purchasing for the rental Shop and select marketing activities.   

  • Set the all-time revenue profit record four years in a row.
  • Reduced expenses by 21% by streamlining processes and eliminating unnecessary supplies while keeping the wage percentage of the budget to 11% or lower through better scheduling and reducing excess staff as necessary. 
  • There needed to be more computerized operational systems, and I worked with IT to create software to streamline operations and improve service through a rental and retail computer system.
